Black African & Caribbean families adoption information event
Coram Ambitious for Adoption are hosting a free information session about adoption for black African & Caribbean families on the Coram campus.
Many black children and those from a mixed black Caribbean or black African heritage often wait longer to find a new family. Children thrive when they are adopted into families who can share and understand their cultural heritage and identity.
Find out how we support black families
This event is a great chance to learn general information about adoption and how to adopt through Coram as a black African & Caribbean adopter.
Our social workers will talk you through the types of children in need of permanent and loving families, the assessment process and the preparation process for new adopters, how children join their new families, and the kinds of post-adoption support that Coram has to offer.
It's the ideal opportunity to find out more, whether you're only just beginning to consider adoption or if you're further down the line in the process.
To attend this free in-person session, please book a place using the contact details below.
